Trujillo, Capital of the Marinera: 5 days, 4 nights

Day 01.- Sun and the Moon Temple – Chan Chan – Huanchaco
Moon TempleReception and transfer to the chosen hotel. Approximately at 10:30hrs we will carry out a guided visit to the temples of the sun and the moon that belongs to the Mochica Civilization. We will appreciate a sample of the mural image paintings in high relief, ceremonial squares elegantly decorated. We will visit Chan chan until 14:00hrs, the pre-Colombian tomb Arco Iris or Dragon, the Museum of Chan Chan and the Palace Tshudi, then we will visit Huanchaco beach where we will be able to appreciate the famous Caballitos de totora (Boats of Totora). Overnight in Trujillo.

Day 02.- City Tour – Trujillo
Trujillo's SquareBreakfast. We will begin the city tour in the Main Square, then we will visit the Casa Colange, Casa Orbegozo, Casa of the Emancipation, the Iturregui Palace and then we will proceed to visit the archeology museum. Overnight in Trujillo.

Day 03.- Archaeological complex El Brujo – Cao Lady
Breakfast in the hotel. We will have some free time in the morning and at 14:00hrs we will be leaving toward the Valley of Chicama. There we will visit the house estate of the Larco family, the we will continue on our way until El Brujo Archaeological Complex, Huaca Cao Viejo, where the archaeological excavations are held, El Brujoand where archaeologist have found a large polychrome mural of the I century that belongs to the Ancient Mochica Civilization. In that same place was found the rests of the Señora de Cao (Lady Of Cao), Huaca Partida and Huaca Prieta. Return to Trujillo. Overnight.

Day 04.- Peruvian Paso Horses and Marinera
Breakfast in the hotel; approximately at 11:00hrs we will visit the Fundo Palo Marino, which is 20 minutes far from the center of the city. Around noon the presentation of the Peruvian Paso horses will start. Later, we will be able to observe the demonstration of the Marinera, a very beautiful Typical Dance full of senses, then we see the stables and we will have some free time for shopping and photo taking. Return to Trujillo. Overnight.The Dance: Marinera Norteña

Day 05.- Trujillo out
Breakfast. At an appropriate time, transfer to the station to return to the city of origin.
