We, in Sumaq Peru Travel SAC, are conscious of the fact that Internet is becoming every time more important in the lives of people. A strong corporate presence in the internet is key in developing a business model that will take advantage of the former electronic market to deliver better services.

In the last years, many technological tools have been developed that are not being used by travel agencies, and that would allow them to improve their services, sales, customer relationships and marketing. The use of these tools would help them obtain high retention rates of more satisfied clients.

In that sense, we, at Sumaq Peru Travel, are developing our base production line, a system that would leverage the adaptation of technology, based on available open source software, in the construction of a customized application that can satisfy the needs of the increasing tourist demand.

Currently, we are involved in heavy development of the our system, which will be released during the second semester of 2008. The system we are developing will be used by travel agencies and agents as well as by travelers and internet users that would like to have a virtual space where they can express themselves.

We are counting the days for the release of our Internet Portal Site. Until then, we can still enjoy the current website and our tour packages, designed having in mind the level of service of the most demanding travelers
